See-eest on saias palju kiudaineid.<\/p>\n<p>PORGANDISAI<\/p>\n<p>6 muna<br \/>\n0,5 tl soola<br \/>\n2 spl fiberhuski<br \/>\n8 spl pofiberit<br \/>\n3 tl k\u00fcpsetuspulbrit<br \/>\n2 spl chiaseemneid<br \/>\n3-4 spl p\u00e4evalilleseemneid<br \/>\n300 g toorest peenelt riivitud porgandit<br \/>\nnatuke vanilli (v\u00f5i miks ka mitte kardemoni)<br \/>\npeale puistamiseks seesamiseemneid<\/p>\n<p>Vahusta munad ja riivi porgand. Sega k\u00f5ik kuivad ained omavahel kokku. Lisa jahu- ja seemnesegu munavahule, k\u00f5ige viimasena sega taignasse riivitud porgand. K\u00fcpseta 180 kraadiga 45 minutit. Kasuta k\u00fcpsetamiseks silikoonist leivavormi.<\/p>\n<p>Olenevalt porgandi magususest saab selle retsepti j\u00e4rgi pigem magusa saia. Ole loominguline, kasuta erinevaid seemneid v\u00f5i ka p\u00e4hkleid ja mandleid.
