N\u00fc\u00fcd me kodus enam teravilju ei s\u00f6\u00f6da ja kogu men\u00fc\u00fc on valdavalt s\u00fcsivesikuvaene, sellep\u00e4rast toda p\u00e4rmilehttainast enam konsumeerida ei tahaks. Aga l\u00f5hepirukat tahaks k\u00fcll. Leiutasin siis <em>low carb<\/em> variandi. Midagi taolist, aga suurem: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ikea.com\/se\/sv\/p\/ikea-365-matlada-med-lock-rektangulaer-glas-plast-s89269071\/\">LINK<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retsept on selline:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00d5HI<br>1 dl mandlijahu<br>2 spl pofiberit<br>1 muna<br>50 g v\u00f5id<br>0,5 tl k\u00fcpsetuspulbrit<br>natuke soola ja er\u00fctritooli maitseks<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00c4IDIS<br>\u00dcks suur l\u00f5hefilee<br>5 keedetud muna<br>V\u00e4rsket hakitud tilli&#8230; mitu peot\u00e4it, no v\u00e4hemalt kolm<br>veidi soola<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KATE<br>2 muna<br>100 g v\u00f5id<br>3 spl pofiberit<br>0,5 tl k\u00fcpsetuspulbrit<br>veidi soola ja er\u00fctritooli maitsestamiseks<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mikserda k\u00f5igepealt kokku p\u00f5hi ja laota vormi p\u00f5hja (v\u00f5i sulata enne mikserdamist). Suru tainas vormi p\u00f5hjas \u00fchtlaseks, seda j\u00e4\u00e4b \u00f5huke kiht. Laota taigna peale l\u00f5hefilee (l\u00f5ika sabapool \u00e4ra, kui on liiga pikk, ja pane see kuhugi vormi t\u00fchjemasse nurka). Sipsuta filee peale veidi soola. Lao kala peale keedumuna viilud ja seej\u00e4rel kuhja k\u00f5ik \u00fcle hakitud tilliga. Mikserda kokku katteks minev tainas (v\u00f5i sulata enne). T\u00f5sta tainas lusikaga k\u00f5ige peale, jaga \u00fchtlaselt ja silu nii, et k\u00f5ik oleks taignaga kaetud. Nali tuli sellest, et \u00fckskord, kui lillkapsap\u00f5hjaga pitsat tegin, olin sunnitud seda r\u00f5hutama, aga teised peres ei arvanud nii. Eriti ei arvanud seda v\u00e4ike poeg, kes tegelikult pole enam ammu v\u00e4ike, vaid t\u00e4itsa mees juba ja eelistab traditsioonilisi maitseid.
