Lihapallidesse l\u00e4ks 1 kg hakkliha, 4 k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcnt, 2 sibulat, 3 muna, 1 kuhjaga supilusikat\u00e4is fiberhuski, jodeeritud soola ja purustatud musta pipart. K\u00f5ik vedelamad ja peenemad ained segasin kausis kokku, hakkliha lisasin k\u00f5ige l\u00f5puks ja segasin taigna valmis k\u00e4tega, pallikesed vormisin ka k\u00e4te vahel. Lihapallide vahele pannile panin fetajuustu nii palju, et k\u00f5igi pallide vahele j\u00e4tkus kena suur t\u00fckk, siis pistsin sinna veel k\u00fclmutatud lillkapsast ja brokkolit, mida ei sulatanud enne \u00fcles (sobivad ka muud k\u00f6\u00f6giviljad, peened kaalika- ja porgandikangid, n\u00e4iteks). Praadisin seened v\u00f5i sees koos sibulaga, natuke soola panin ka. Praetud seened segasin Hellmannsi majoneesiga (selle k\u00f5ige rasvasemaga) ja oligi lihtne salat valmis.
