Mulle on h\u00e4sti oluline, et s\u00f6\u00f6gitegemine oleks lihtne ja kiire, et pool elu ei m\u00f6\u00f6duks k\u00f6\u00f6gis. Leivakesed saab kiiremini ja efektiivsemalt k\u00fcpsetatud, kui pann ei ole ahju l\u00fckates poolt\u00fchi nagu lillkapsast ahjupannkookide puhul oli. P\u00f6\u00f6rd\u00f5huga k\u00fcpsetamine ka kiirendab asja.<\/p>\n<p>LILLKAPSALEIVAKESED<\/p>\n<p>1 suur lillkapsas<br \/>\n4 muna<br \/>\n400 g riivjuustu (mul oli Vene juust 200-grammistes pakkides riivitud kujul)<br \/>\nmaitseks suitsupaprikat, purustatud musta pipart ja tibake soola<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6\u00f6gikombainiga tegin lillkapsa\u00f5isikutest riisi (kahes jaos, sest v\u00e4ga suur kapsas oli). Munad kloppisin lahti, segasin sisse maitseained, riivjuustu ja k\u00f5ige l\u00f5puks lillkapsa. Laotasin pool taignast k\u00fcpsetuspaberiga kaetud ahjupannile. K\u00fcpsetasin 200-kraadises ahjus p\u00f6\u00f6rd\u00f5huga k\u00f5igepealt 12 minutit, siis v\u00f5tsin panni ahjust v\u00e4lja ja keerasin kogu kupatuse panni peal ringi. Seda on lihtne teha, hoides k\u00fcpsetuspaberist kinni ja hea hooga keerates. Kui leivaplaat kenasti panni peale paika sai, v\u00f5tsin k\u00fcpsetuspaberi \u00e4ra ja k\u00fcpsetasin veel 10 minutit teiselt poolt.
