See k\u00fcpsetis tehti \u00fcmmarguses koogivormis ja peekonil\u00f5igud olid nii pikad, et vormi p\u00f5hja ladudes ulatusid \u00fcle \u00e4\u00e4re ja peale t\u00e4idise lisamist sai peekoni kenasti koogi peale kokku painutada. Mul nii ilusat peekonit kuskilt leida ei \u00f5nnestunud, ostsin tavalist suitsupeekonit v\u00e4ikese t\u00fckina ja leiutasin ise \u00fche peekoni-hakklihavormi.<\/p>\n<p>PEEKONI-HAKKLIHAVORM<\/p>\n<p>600 g hakkliha<br \/>\n300 g peekonit<br \/>\n250 g \u0161ampinjone<br \/>\n2 muna<br \/>\n3 sibulat<br \/>\n2 k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcnt<br \/>\njuustuviile<br \/>\nsoola ja pipart<\/p>\n<p>Ladusin peekoniviilud lahtik\u00e4iva koogivormi p\u00f5hja ja k\u00fclgedele, sinna peale panin t\u00fckeldatud \u0161ampinjonid ja katsin need juustuviiludega. K\u00f5ik \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud kraam l\u00e4ks taignaks kokkusegatuna seente peale ja sinna otsa pistin veel m\u00f5ned \u0161ampinjonit\u00fckid ja t\u00fckeldatud peekoni.
