Kui juba k\u00f6\u00f6gis askeldasin, hakkas tunduma, et kapsahautis on \u00fcks liiga igav tavaline s\u00f6\u00f6k, v\u00f5iks teha midagi huvitavamat. Nii s\u00fcndis spontaanselt \u00fcks k\u00f6\u00f6givilja-hakklihavorm.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00d6\u00d6GIVILJA-HAKKLIHAVORM<\/p>\n<p>0,5 hiiglasuurt peakapsast<br \/>\n4-5 porgandit<br \/>\n4 v\u00e4iksemat sibulat<br \/>\n3 suurt k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcnt<br \/>\n500 g hakkliha<br \/>\n2 muna<br \/>\nnatuke piima<br \/>\nnatuke v\u00f5id<br \/>\nm\u00f5ni spl majoneesi<br \/>\njuustuviile<br \/>\njodeeritud soola, musta pipart<\/p>\n<p>Peenestasin k\u00f6\u00f6gikombainis porgandid ja kapsa, porgandid \u00fcsna peene riiviga ja kapsa v\u00f5rdlemisi kitsaks timmitud l\u00f5ikuriga. M\u00e4\u00e4risin suure ahjupanni v\u00f5iga ja l\u00f5ikasin panni p\u00f5hja ka m\u00f5ned v\u00f5it\u00fckid. Segasin riivitud porgandid ja kapsa omavahel ja laotasin sellest suurema osa \u00fchtlase kihina pannile. T\u00fckeldatud sibula ja k\u00fc\u00fcslaugu segasin kokku hakkliha ja munaga, maitsestasin segu soola ja pipraga ja lisasin nii palju piima, et tainas parajalt vedel j\u00e4i. Hakklihasegu laotasin \u00fchtlase kihina porgandi-kapsa peale ja k\u00f5ige otsa puistasin veel \u00fche \u00f5hukese kihi kapsast ja porgandit. Kui kartulit, makaroni ja riisi \u00fcldse mitte koju tuua, asenduvad need iseenesest k\u00f6\u00f6giviljaga ja nagu v\u00f5luv\u00e4el on toidulaud rikkalikum kui iial enne.<\/p>\n<p>Pidin \u00fche seminarit\u00f6\u00f6 raames ennast rahvastiku toitumisharjumustega kurssi viima, seal hakkas silma k\u00f6\u00f6givilja v\u00e4hene tarbimine.
