Selle leiva k\u00fcpsetamiseks pole vaja muud kui seemneid ja vett. 2015. aasta novembrikuu Oma Maitses r\u00e4\u00e4kisin ka neist leivakestest, aga retsepti juurde pandi seal \u00fcsna hale pilt, millest polnud eriti h\u00e4sti aru saada, millega tegu. Eksponeerin n\u00fc\u00fcd natuke p\u00f5hjalikumalt. Varem ma chiat ei kasutanud, aga \u00fchel p\u00e4eval avastasin, et need leivakesi \u00f5hulisemaks ja kr\u00f5bedamaks teevad, sellep\u00e4rast n\u00fc\u00fcd neid alati lisan. Varem tegin ka seesamiseemnetega, aga nendega juhtus tihti, et leivad said hallitusmaitse, mist\u00f5ttu ei julge seesamiseemneid enam \u00fcldse osta.<\/p>\n<p>SEEMNELEIVAKESED (2 suurt ahjupannit\u00e4it)<\/p>\n<p>5 dl linaseemneid<br \/>\n4 dl p\u00e4evalilleseemneid<br \/>\n2 dl k\u00f5rvitsaseemneid<br \/>\n5 spl chiaseemneid<br \/>\n1,5-2 tl jodeeritud soola<br \/>\n300 ml kuuma vett<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt panen kaussi linaseemned ja chiaseemned ning soola ja valan neile kuuma vee peale. Aeg-ajalt segan ja ootan kuni seemned muutuvad liimjaks (no vabalt v\u00f5iks sellega tapeeti seina panna \ud83d\ude42 ). \u00a0Kui chia on natuke paisunud ja linaseemned m\u00f5nusa paksu liimi tekitanud, segan hulka \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud seemned ja tainas ongi valmis. Laotan taigna k\u00fcpsetuspaberiga kaetud ahjupannidele \u00f5hukese \u00fchtlase kihina, libistan lusikaga pealt siledaks ja l\u00f5ikan suure noaga ruudud sisse. K\u00fcpsetan 180-kraadises ahjus p\u00f6\u00f6rd\u00f5huga k\u00f5igepealt 17 minutit, siis v\u00f5tan pannid kordam\u00f6\u00f6da v\u00e4lja ja keeran k\u00fcpsetuspaberist kinni hoides leivad pannile teistpidi. Siis v\u00f5tan paberi \u00e4ra ja k\u00fcpsetan veel 10 minutit. Kui paber ei taha h\u00e4sti lahti tulla ja seemned kipuvad selle k\u00fclge j\u00e4\u00e4ma, peab leibu m\u00f5ni minut paberi all k\u00fcpsetama ja siis uuesti proovima.<\/p>\n<p>Kui ahjul p\u00f6\u00f6rd\u00f5hku pole, pikeneb k\u00fcpsetusaeg, muud erinevust polegi.
