Pildil on need serveeritud pasteediga ja suitsuforelliga, m\u00f5lema leiva peal on ka mehine t\u00fckk v\u00f5id \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>KR\u00d5BEDAD SEEMNELEIVAKESED:<br \/>\n(kogus on arvestatud kahele suurele ahjupannile)<\/p>\n<p>50g linaseemneid<br \/>\n200g chiaseemneid<br \/>\n200g p\u00e4evalilleseemneid<br \/>\n100g seesamiseemneid<br \/>\n1 spl ps\u00fclliumit<br \/>\n1,5 tl jodeeritud soola<br \/>\n6 dl kuuma vett<\/p>\n<p>Sega seemned ja sool omavahel ja vala peale 6 dl kuuma vett (lisa vett osade kaupa, sest seemned paisuvad erinevalt ja v\u00f5ib juhtuda, et 6 dl-ga j\u00e4\u00e4b liiga vedel). Tasapisi segades oota, kuni tainas parajalt paksuks l\u00e4heb. Kata ahjupannid k\u00fcpsetuspaberiga ja aja tainas pannidele laiali lusikaga vajutades. Kiudaineterohked seemneleivad on v\u00e4ga head just seedimisele ja eriti soovitan neid s\u00fc\u00fca neil, kellel kipub probleeme olema k\u00f5hukinnisusega.<\/p>\n<p>P.S. Ps\u00fcllium ehk india teelehekestad (ka fiberhusk) on selline toiduaine, mida kodudes tavaliselt ei leidu ja mida saab osta \u00f6kopoodidest v\u00f5i internetist.
