Aga nagu mul kombeks on, kaldusin algsest retseptist \u00fcksjagu k\u00f5rvale. \u00a0Muudatused koostises tegid seda, et minu juusturattad n\u00e4evad saiasemad v\u00e4lja ega vajunud ka ahjust v\u00f5ttes kokku nagu seal blogi piltidel tundub olevat juhtunud.<\/p>\n<p>Kuna meile tulevad t\u00e4na k\u00fclalised, oli just paras hetk suuremahulisteks taignakatsetusteks, mis p\u00e4\u00e4disid nelja ahjupannit\u00e4ie saiakestega. Esimesele taignale lisasin k\u00f5rvitsa- ja kanepiseemneid, m\u00f5lemaid \u00fche detsiliitri kahe panni kohta. Kanepiseemneid panna oli viga, tahtsin kr\u00f5mpsuvaid, aga sain liiga k\u00f5vad asjad saia sees. Teisele laarile panin lisaks linaseemnetele k\u00f5rvitsa- ja p\u00e4evalilleseemneid ja need j\u00e4id v\u00e4ga head.<\/p>\n<p>SEEMNETEGA JUUSTURATTAD (kaks suurt ahjupannit\u00e4it):<\/p>\n<p>6 suurt muna<br \/>\n6 spl toorjuustu (Piimameister Otto oma on v\u00e4ga hea)<br \/>\n8 dl riivjuustu<br \/>\n2 tl k\u00fcpsetuspulbrit<br \/>\n4 spl ps\u00fclliumit (v\u00f5i fiberhuski nagu algses retseptis)<br \/>\n2 spl linaseemneid<br \/>\n1 dl k\u00f5rvitsaseemneid<br \/>\n1 dl p\u00e4evalilleseemneid<br \/>\nseesamiseemneid peale puistamiseks<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt vahusta mune \u00f5ige natuke, siis lisa toorjuust ja vahusta kuni toorjuust pole enam t\u00fckiline. Sega ps\u00fcllium, k\u00fcpsetuspulber ja seemned eraldi n\u00f5us ja lisa muna-toorjuustusegule. K\u00f5ige l\u00f5puks sega sisse riivjuust. T\u00f5sta lusikaga parajad portsud ahjupannile ja silu madalaks. Lusikaga on hea neid ka lamedaks siluda. Maitse on neil suurep\u00e4rane. Neile, kes armastavad hommikuti v\u00f5ileibu s\u00fc\u00fca, aga teravilja s\u00fc\u00fca ei v\u00f5i, on need mu meelest ideaalseks asenduseks mistahes v\u00f5ileivakatte alla.<\/p>\n<p>Originaalretseptis olid juusturattad tehtud ainult linaseemnetega ja peale oli puistatud seesamiseemneid. Sellises versioonis on palju v\u00e4hem s\u00fcsivesikuid kui minu omas ja see peaks ka diabeetikutele sobilikum olema. Seemnetega v\u00f5ib siin retseptis olla loominguline ja miks mitte katsetada ka erinevate p\u00e4hklitega, kui tervis lubab neid s\u00fc\u00fca. Seemned v\u00f5ib muidugi siit retseptist \u00fcldse v\u00e4lja j\u00e4tta, samas on need v\u00e4ga head kiudainete allikad. Nii lina- kui seesamiseemned tulevad seedetraktist t\u00f5en\u00e4oliselt t\u00e4pselt samal kujul v\u00e4lja nagu nad sinna sisestati, mistap neis sisalduvaid s\u00fcsivesikuid kartma ei pea \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>EDIT: Kuna mulle ei meeldi poolikuid pakke toiduaineid k\u00fclmkappi seisma panna, muutsin retsepti nii, et saaks ostetud toorjuustu- ja riivjuustuportsud korraga hakkama panna: 400g toorjuustu, 200g riivjuustu, 8 muna, 6 spl ps\u00fclliumit, 2 tl k\u00fcpsetuspulbrit, 3 spl linaseemneid, 1 dl p\u00e4evalilleseemneid, 1 dl k\u00f5rvitsaseemneid. Taignal peal laskma k\u00fcmmekond minutit seista, et ps\u00fcllium paisuks, siis k\u00fcpsevad kohevad juusturattad.
