Koogid k\u00fcpsetasin kaane all natukese oliivi\u00f5liga.<\/p>\n<p>Retsept on mul muidugi j\u00e4lle selline &#8220;natuke&#8221; ja &#8220;umbes&#8221;, sest ega ma tegelikult jahusid ei m\u00f5\u00f5tnud. Kuna ka munad on v\u00e4ga erineva suurusega, tuleb nagunii iga kord tainas jahudega parajaks timmida ja nii kookosjahu kui pofiberi kogus v\u00f5ib \u00fcksjagu varieeruda. Taigen peab olema parajalt paks, et panni peal laiali ei voolaks ja kaane all k\u00fcpsetades kenad kohevad koogid tuleksid.<\/p>\n<p>Tore teada, et pannkoogitaignale polegi vaja k\u00fcpsetuspulbrit lisada ja ammugi ei ole vaja panna taignasse mingit magustajat. Meil oli t\u00e4na kookide peal kirsimoos, mille keetsin millalgi suvel er\u00fctritooliga. Moosi hoidsin k\u00fclmkapis mitu kuud ja nagu vahel er\u00fctritooliga k\u00fclmas juhtub, siis seegi kord oli see moosi sees osaliselt kristalliseerunud ja terakesed kr\u00f5bisesid hamba all.
