Olenevalt sellest, kui palju ja milliseid seemneid taignasse paned, j\u00e4\u00e4b \u00fchte leivakesse imenduvaid s\u00fcsivesikuid mitte rohkem kui 3-4 grammi, mis on umbes kolm korda v\u00e4hem kui tavalises rukkileivaviilus.<\/p>\n<p>Sa ei pea olema diabeetik, et oma men\u00fc\u00fcs s\u00fcsivesikute hulk igap\u00e4evaselt madalal hoida. Ka kaalulangetajale on see parim valik, tegelikult \u00fcksk\u00f5ik kellele.
