Mina ostan nii kookos- kui mandlijahu enamasti Coopist, kus need on m\u00f5lemad h\u00e4sti v\u00e4heste s\u00fcsivesikutega (6,9 ja 6,4g 100-s) ja enamasti ka hea hinnaga. Eelistan soolastes pirukates mandlijahu sellep\u00e4rast, et sel pole spetsiifilist tugevat maitset ja domineerima j\u00e4\u00e4b m\u00f5nus pirukat\u00e4idis. K\u00f5ige olulisem on muidugi v\u00e4ltida igasuguseid suure s\u00fcsivesikusisaldusega jahusid nagu teraviljajahud, aga ka tatrajahu, mida kiputakse pidama tervislikuks valikuks, mis aga diabeetiku jaoks, kes oma tervist hoida tahab, pole \u00fcldse mingi valik. J\u00e4lgi toodete s\u00fcsivesikusisaldust, loe pakendeid!<\/p>\n<p>EDIT: Fiberhuski v\u00f5ib retseptis asendada 1 dl pofiberiga, sellisel juhul j\u00e4ta vahukoor \u00e4ra.
